NEW YORK CITY JFK Airport TransportationSubway "A": (718) 330-1234. Operated by New York City Transit. For subway service to Queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan, take the blue, white and yellow Long-Term Parking Lot Bus which departs every fifteen minutes, from all JFK terminals. Busses stop at the Howard Beach Subway Station where passengers board the "A" train. Stops are made throughout Queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan. Passengers traveling from Manhattan or Brooklyn to JFK should use the A train going to Far Rockaway. Fare is $2.00 (Cash, token, or Metrocard). Casino Bus Transportation to Atlantic CityCasino Excursion Buses run every half hour hour from New York to Atlantic City. The trip is 2.5 hours. Pick up any casino bus in New York from 42nd Street Port Authority Bus Terminal. Call either the Race Director (Mike Giegerich) or your housing host on the telephone BEFORE you get on the bus and tell them which casino bus you will be riding on.
Go to 42nd Street Port Authority Bus Terminal. Go to the LOWER LEVEL where the ticket counter for GREYHOUND (GAMBLER'S EXPRESS) BUSES are. Purchase a $28 round trip ticket to Atlantic City. The casino will provide you with money at the end of the trip that will pay for the bus ride. |
